Hey there! I'm Helder, the founder of these 90-day Performance Improvement programmes. I started designing them to help managers, senior executives, and business owners exceed their best-ever performance in just 90 days, without expensive consultant engagements or major operational disruptions. For 22 years, I've been in the trenches as a consultant, operations director, and entrepreneur, driving growth for businesses through strategic development, people development, process and system optimisation.

I work with a team of specialists who are at the top of their game in their fields and share the ethos of "quick interventions with maximum impact."
